What Happens If My Membership Runs Out?
Monthly Subscribers: Your membership is billed to your credit card every month. We will notify you if your credit card expires or if a charge does not go through.
Annual Subscribers: If you purchase an annual subscription, we will notify you 30 days before your subscription expires.

What If I Can’t Find A Form I’m Looking For?
We put new forms on the site every month.  If you can’t find a particular form on a specific subject, please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will do our best to design this form for you.

Do I Still Have Access To the Forms If I Am No Longer a Member?
No, the forms you select are stored in your Filing Cabinet while you are a member, but you do not have access to your forms if you are no longer a member.

Can I Make Copies of the Forms?
Yes, as a member of the site you can make as many copies of the forms as you like for your personal or professional use. The forms cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

What Should I Do if I Have Problems Logging In?
One common solution to login problems is clearing out your cookies and cache. For Internet Explorer users, go to the Tools menu in your browser, click on "Internet Options," then click on the delete button under Browsing History, and choose Temporary Internet Files and Cookies to delete. For Firefox users, go to the Tools menu in your browser, and click on "Clear Recent History." Choose cookies and cache to clear, close your browser window to reset, and try again. What if I Can't See the Forms After I Subscribe?
You must be registered and have an active subscription to see the forms. If you do, you still may see a white box where the form is supposed to be. Some computers don't have Adobe Flash Paper installed, and this is the program needed to see our forms. Go to the Adobe site to purchase and download it, http://www.adobe.com/products/flashpaper/ or you can get a free trial for one month.

Refund Policy
Month to month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your membership will be cancelled on the last day of the billing cycle. Annual memberships may also be cancelled at any time and your annual fee will be prorated based on the date of cancellation as percentage of the full annual price of $119.40 (not the discounted price).
